This module combines a dual-core Arm® Cortex®-M7 (1 GHz) and Cortex®-M4 (400 MHz) architecture with 512 Mbit SDRAM and 512 Mbit Octal Flash, providing the real-time responsiveness and graphical performance needed for next-generation HMI interfaces.
The display delivers 1280×800 px resolution, up to 1000 cd/m² brightness, optical bonding, and a durable industrial PCAP touch controller (ILITEK ILI2132A)—ensuring clarity, reliability, and long service life.
Development tools and interface options
Engineers benefit from full compatibility with NXP GUI Guider, MCUXpresso SDK, and LVGL. Supported interfaces include USB-C, CAN, RS232/485, Gigabit Ethernet, and a 5–36 V DC input range, allowing flexible use in both new and legacy systems.
