What is difference between FT81x and FT80x controllers?

FT81x  controllers are designed to support displays with higher screen resolutions compare with FT80x. For more information go to TECHNOLOGY section.

What can I do if the display does not operate properly?

Does the Dev tools include the FFC tape?

All Riverdi Dev tools kit include FFC tape.

How can I select right Development tool for chosen display module?

When adding the product to the cart, you will see in the bottom of the page all related products.

Where can I find demo firmware for Riverdi Development tools?

All demo applications are available on pages describing products.

Where can I find the description of the Riverdi TFT Part Numbers(PN)?

The description of TFT PN is included in datasheet in Module Specification Section. Datasheets are added as PDF file to description of each product.

What is the meaning of the last sign ‘-0x’ in uxTouch module?

The last sign in uxTouch module describes the type of Double-sided Adhesive Tape (DST). To receive the whole description, click please: uxTouch section.

What if I cannot find the products that I’m looking for?

If you can’t find the product which you are looking for, you can contact directly with our sales department via email riverdi@riverdi.com or chat.

How can I find the product I’m looking for?

You can filter your search by clicking on the ‘choice boxes’ at the top of the page. Choose a screen size, type of touch screen, uxTouch option or add-ons that you are interested in. The results of search will be displayed on the same page.

How can I test Riverdi display ?

You can run a display with FT8xx using one of Riverdi special dev-tools (Riverdi Revelation Board, Hermes Board) or your own tent equipment.

Which features can be modified?

You can modify shape, dimensions, glass thickness and color of cover glass, e.g. in some of capacitive touch panels. We can also modify dimensions of display’s FPC or change PCB according to your induvial project. Please send us all your ideas and descriptions of needed modifications via email riverdi@riverdi.com and we will do our best to answer your questions. For sake of good mutual cooperation, all changes should be discussed and confirmed by Riverdi.

What should I do customize the product?

What is uxTouch?

uxTouch is a  LCD TFT display with specially designed projected capacitive touch with  double-sided adhesive tape (DST) to stick easily to the housing.

 

Order & delivery:

Is VAT no required to complete order?

Countries outside the EU –  If you are a non-EU based company or an individual customer, there is no need to provide us with VAT no.

The EU countries

  1. If you are an EU-based company, you are obliged to provide us with your EU VAT no. If you buy and receive goods for business purposes from another EU country (Riverdi’s headquarters are in Poland), you must account for the VAT on the transaction as if you had sold the goods yourself. Normally, you will later be able to deduct this amount.
  2. If you are an individual customer and you cannot provide us with the VAT no., we will charge you VAT.
  3. If you are a Poland-based client (business or individual), we will charge you VAT in accordance with Polish fiscal law.

There are standard EU rules on VAT — but the detailed application of VAT may be different in each EU country. The basic rules of VAT, which apply throughout the EU, are contained in the VAT Directive and VAT Regulations.

 

Can my delivery address be different from my billing address?

The delivery address and billing address can be different. During the order process you will have a possibility to enter these data separately.

How much are delivery costs?

The  depending on the shipping. Rates (incl. VAT) are as follows:

Economy shipping: 25 USD

Priority shipping: 35  USD

How long is the delivery time?

The Delivery Time depends on yours order, destination country and choice of shipping (Economy/Priority).

Please note that the numbers above do not include public holidays. Delivery of orders placed during public holidays will be extended respectively. The delivery rules and restrictions are described in Riverdi Regulations.

After order submission, you will receive an email with a confirmation and track number of your shipment.
