  •  E Ink – Uses microcapsules filled with positively charged white particles and negatively charged black particles suspended in a clear fluid. Applying voltage controls which particles move to the top to form lighter or darker pixels. This is the most widely used e-paper technology.
  •  SiPix – Microcups filled with electrophoretic fluid containing pigment particles are selectively charged to rotate and display an image. SiPix displays offer higher contrast and brightness.
  •  ACEP – Uses optically charged microspheres rotated by variable electrostatic forces to reveal black or white sides. Allows thinner displays.

 Riverdi 2.9″ E-Paper Display Modules

The RiEPD-29 series are 2.9″ epaper display modules or e-paper screen modules with a 296×128 pixel resolution on a 66.9×29.1mm active area. They supply ultra-low power e display digital signage. Available options are:

  •  RiEPD-29-BW – Monochrome black and white. Great contrast and sunlight readability.
