l&rsquo;utilisateur. Le BEF agit comme une \u00ab\u00a0porte lumineuse\u00a0\u00bb contr\u00f4l\u00e9e : il collecte la lumi\u00e8re dispers\u00e9e du module de r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage et la dirige vers l&rsquo;utilisateur, am\u00e9liorant ainsi l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;ensemble du syst\u00e8me optique. Cela permet d&rsquo;augmenter la luminosit\u00e9 sans augmenter la puissance du r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage, ce qui r\u00e9duit la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et am\u00e9liore l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;appareil.  <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mecanisme_daction_films_prismatiques_refraction_et_reflexion\"><\/span>M\u00e9canisme d&rsquo;action : films prismatiques, r\u00e9fraction et r\u00e9flexion<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment fonctionnel cl\u00e9 du BEF est une couche de microprismes dont les angles et la densit\u00e9 sont d\u00e9finis avec pr\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>R\u00e9fraction <\/strong>&#8211; lorsque la lumi\u00e8re traverse les prismes, elle change de direction et se concentre vers l&rsquo;axe d&rsquo;observation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>R\u00e9flexion interne<\/strong> &#8211; certains rayons sont redirig\u00e9s et renvoy\u00e9s vers l&rsquo;avant.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collimation de la lumi\u00e8re<\/strong> &#8211; la r\u00e9duction des angles de dispersion fait appara\u00eetre l&rsquo;\u00e9cran plus lumineux pour un spectateur plac\u00e9 directement devant lui.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ensemble, ces effets augmentent la quantit\u00e9 de lumi\u00e8re utile sans augmenter la puissance des LED.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Augmentation_de_la_luminosite_pourcentage_de_gain\"><\/span>Augmentation de la luminosit\u00e9 : pourcentage de gain<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Dans les configurations typiques, le BEF peut augmenter la luminosit\u00e9 de <strong>40 \u00e0 60 %<\/strong>, en fonction de la qualit\u00e9 du r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage et des param\u00e8tres du film.<\/p>\n<p>Des r\u00e9sultats encore meilleurs sont obtenus avec le <strong>DBEF (Dual Brightness Enhancement Film)<\/strong>, un film \u00e0 double fonction qui agit \u00e9galement comme un polariseur de recyclage de la lumi\u00e8re.
