Il a besoin d&rsquo;un r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage pour produire une image visible. Une bonne construction du r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage est extr\u00eamement importante pour chaque module.<\/p>\n<p>Une cha\u00eene de LED est donc plac\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;arri\u00e8re (parfois sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/riverdi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/LCD-backlight-construction.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8840 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/riverdi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/LCD-backlight-construction.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"936\" height=\"379\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Quest-ce_que_le_BIN_et_pourquoi_est-il_important\"><\/span><b>Qu&rsquo;est-ce que le BIN et pourquoi est-il important ?<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Des modifications mineures dans le processus de fabrication des LED (en ce qui concerne les lumens, la temp\u00e9rature de couleur et la tension des LED) font qu&rsquo;il est tr\u00e8s difficile d&rsquo;avoir toutes les LED exactement identiques. Les <strong>LED ont tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre similaires mais rarement identiques<\/strong>. Pour qu&rsquo;une lumi\u00e8re soit, par exemple, verte, les fabricants ont besoin d&rsquo;une technique qui leur permette de s&rsquo;assurer que toutes leurs LED sont bien de la m\u00eame nuance de vert.<\/p>\n<p>La technique utilis\u00e9e par les fabricants pour s&rsquo;assurer que les LED sont similaires est appel\u00e9e \u00a0\u00bb <b>binning\u00a0\u00bb<\/b>.<b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Cela d\u00e9pend du fait que les LED sont plac\u00e9es dans des cat\u00e9gories similaires &#8211; des <b>bacs<\/b>. Avec le bac d\u00e9fini est la similitude dans :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>lumens<\/li>\n<li>tension<\/li>\n<li>couleur<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Les lumens et la couleur sont les param\u00e8tres les plus importants dans la variabilit\u00e9 des LED<\/strong>. La r\u00e9partition en fonction des lumens est relativement simple \u00e0 d\u00e9finir &#8211; elle diff\u00e8re de la r\u00e9partition des DEL en fonction de la couleur. Il est plus complexe et pour comprendre le processus, il est n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;introduire les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants  <\/span><b>les diagrammes de chromaticit\u00e9.<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Diagrammes_de_chromaticite\"><\/span>Diagrammes de chromaticit\u00e9<b><br \/>\n<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/riverdi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Chromaticity-diagrams-in-short-words.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8839 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/riverdi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Chromaticity-diagrams-in-short-words.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"900\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ci-dessus se trouve le CIEXYZ (\u00e9galement appel\u00e9 CIE XYZ ou CIE1931). Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un espace colorim\u00e9trique cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 1931 par la <strong>Commission internationale de l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage<\/strong>. Les lettres CIE pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant XYZ sont l&rsquo;abr\u00e9viation du nom de la Commission. La CIE XYZ est une palette de couleurs sp\u00e9ciale construite principalement pour la perception des couleurs par l&rsquo;\u0153il humain (photor\u00e9cepteurs).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">CIE XYZ est une description tridimensionnelle. En 1931 \u00e9galement, pour permettre une description en deux dimensions, l&rsquo;espace colorim\u00e9trique CIE xyY a \u00e9t\u00e9 introduit, qui convertit les composantes chromatiques X, Y, Z en coordonn\u00e9es trichromatiques x, y, Y, o\u00f9 x et y d\u00e9terminent la chromaticit\u00e9 et Y la luminosit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Les coordonn\u00e9es qui se chevauchent sont cartographi\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;espace colorim\u00e9trique repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par le diagramme de chromaticit\u00e9 sous la forme de ce que l&rsquo;on appelle le triangle des couleurs : une zone d\u00e9limit\u00e9e par deux lignes &#8211; une courbe et une ligne droite.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Pourquoi_le_diagramme_est-il_important_pour_la_selection_des_bacs_a_LED\"><\/span>Pourquoi le diagramme est-il important pour la s\u00e9lection des bacs \u00e0 LED ?<span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Le physicien am\u00e9ricain David MacAdam a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des exp\u00e9riences dans les ann\u00e9es 1930 et 1940 et a montr\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il existe des r\u00e9gions sur le diagramme de chromaticit\u00e9 qui contiennent toutes les couleurs qui sont indiscernables de la couleur au centre de l&rsquo;observation.  <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cela signifie qu&rsquo;une <strong>ellipse peut \u00eatre dessin\u00e9e autour d&rsquo;un seul point du diagramme de chromaticit\u00e9<\/strong> o\u00f9, \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de cette ellipse, <strong>l&rsquo;\u0153il humain ne peut pas distinguer les diff\u00e9rentes couleurs<\/strong>.  <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a href=\"https:\/\/riverdi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Why-the-diagram-is-important-for-LED-bin-selection.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8838 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/riverdi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Why-the-diagram-is-important-for-LED-bin-selection.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1140\" height=\"1260\"><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sur la figure ci-dessus, vous pouvez voir les 25 ellipses dessin\u00e9es \u00e0 partir des exp\u00e9riences de MacAdam sur diff\u00e9rentes couleurs dans le diagramme de chromaticit\u00e9.  <\/span><b>\u00c0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de ces ellipses, le sujet ne pouvait pas distinguer les diff\u00e9rentes couleurs !<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aujourd&rsquo;hui, nous tirons parti de la d\u00e9claration de MacAdam. La r\u00e9partition des LED en fonction de la couleur est bas\u00e9e sur les r\u00e9sultats de ces exp\u00e9riences qui montrent que les \u00eatres humains per\u00e7oivent les couleurs \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;une r\u00e9gion ou d&rsquo;un concept connu sous le nom de \u00ab\u00a0diff\u00e9rences \u00e0 peine perceptibles\u00a0\u00bb. Dans le diagramme de chromaticit\u00e9 de la CIE 1931, une s\u00e9rie de cases sont dessin\u00e9es pour indiquer les r\u00e9gions o\u00f9 les diff\u00e9rences sont \u00e0 peine perceptibles. Dans chacune de ces bo\u00eetes individuelles,  <\/span><b>l&rsquo;\u0153il humain ne per\u00e7oit aucune diff\u00e9rence de couleur<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. <\/span> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">C&rsquo;est pourquoi les fabricants de LED indiquent les coordonn\u00e9es de leurs LED sur le diagramme de chromaticit\u00e9 et les utilisateurs finaux peuvent utiliser cette information de mani\u00e8re fiable pour obtenir la couleur de lumi\u00e8re correcte n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 leur application.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"DEL_de_couleur_blanche\"><\/span>DEL de couleur blanche<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">L&rsquo;information sur les coordonn\u00e9es chromatiques des DEL permet de m\u00e9langer deux DEL ou plus pour cr\u00e9er des couleurs diff\u00e9rentes &#8211; comme si l&rsquo;on m\u00e9langeait de la peinture jaune et de la peinture rouge pour obtenir de l&rsquo;orange. Le <strong>m\u00e9lange de deux couleurs de DEL diff\u00e9rentes produira \u00e9galement une troisi\u00e8me couleur<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ainsi, si une application n\u00e9cessite une lumi\u00e8re d&rsquo;une certaine couleur et qu&rsquo;aucune LED de ce type n&rsquo;est disponible, nous pouvons utiliser les coordonn\u00e9es chromatiques et leur processus de regroupement des LED pour obtenir la couleur de lumi\u00e8re souhait\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">C&rsquo;est la fa\u00e7on la plus courante d&rsquo;obtenir une couleur blanche &#8211; la couleur de la LED du r\u00e9tro\u00e9clairage de l&rsquo;\u00e9cran.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La technique la plus courante pour produire des LED \u00e0 lumi\u00e8re blanche consiste \u00e0 appliquer un phosphore jaune (dans la plupart des cas, du grenat d&rsquo;aluminium et d&rsquo;yttrium dop\u00e9 au c\u00e9rium (Ce:YAG)) \u00e0 une LED bleue.
