La BEF act\u00faa como una \u00abpuerta de luz\u00bb controlada: recoge la luz dispersa del m\u00f3dulo de retroiluminaci\u00f3n y la dirige hacia el espectador, mejorando la eficacia de todo el sistema \u00f3ptico. Esto permite aumentar el brillo sin aumentar la potencia de la retroiluminaci\u00f3n, lo que a su vez reduce el consumo de energ\u00eda y mejora la eficacia del dispositivo.  <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mecanismo_de_accion_peliculas_prismaticas_refraccion_y_reflexion\"><\/span>Mecanismo de acci\u00f3n: pel\u00edculas prism\u00e1ticas, refracci\u00f3n y reflexi\u00f3n<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>El elemento funcional clave del BEF es una capa de microprismas con \u00e1ngulos y densidad definidos con precisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Refracci\u00f3n <\/strong>: cuando la luz atraviesa los prismas, cambia de direcci\u00f3n y se concentra hacia el eje de visi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reflexi\u00f3n interna<\/strong>: algunos rayos se redirigen y se env\u00edan de nuevo hacia delante.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Colimaci\u00f3n de la luz<\/strong>: reducir los \u00e1ngulos de dispersi\u00f3n hace que la pantalla parezca m\u00e1s brillante para un espectador situado directamente delante de ella.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Juntos, estos efectos aumentan la cantidad de luz \u00fatil sin aumentar la potencia de los LED.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Aumento_de_luminosidad_aumento_porcentual\"><\/span>Aumento de luminosidad: aumento porcentual<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>En configuraciones t\u00edpicas, el BEF puede aumentar el brillo <strong>entre un 40% e incluso un 60%<\/strong>, seg\u00fan la calidad de la retroiluminaci\u00f3n y los par\u00e1metros de la pel\u00edcula.<\/p>\n<p>Se consiguen resultados a\u00fan mejores con <strong>DBEF (Dual Brightness Enhancement Film)<\/strong>, una pel\u00edcula de doble funci\u00f3n que tambi\u00e9n act\u00faa como polarizador reciclador de luz.
